Founded in 2020, StepWell is the result of a bold vision: transforming ergonomic footwear into an icon of refinement, character, and wellness.


The story began in a small artisan studio in Barcelona, where a collective of experienced designers and comfort specialists revolutionized the approach to casual footwear.


After a year of experimenting with innovative fabrics, advanced ergonomics, and testing with thousands of users, the first StepWell line was born. Soft, adaptable, fresh, and designed to accompany those who choose them at every moment of the day. Today, StepWell represents excellence in the wellness footwear industry across Europe and worldwide.

    Oversees the supply chain, production, and distribution. The seamless and timely delivery of StepWell products carries his signature.

  • Elena – Head of Customer Relations

    From first contact to after-sales, she embodies the soul of StepWell for every customer. Her daily mission is to provide authentic, caring, and immediate assistance.

    Coordinates digital strategy, advertising campaigns, and brand storytelling. Every viral piece of content you’ve seen from StepWell comes from his creativity.

    Builds and nurtures the StepWell family on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. She manages engagement, partnerships, and industry trends.

  • Daniel – Head of Digital Platform

    Perfects the user experience on our online store, from browsing to checkout. Intuitiveness, efficiency, and design are his cornerstones.

  • Laura – Head of Development & Quality Control
